~ Programs & Seminars
The KWTC organizes a variety of international business training seminars & regional programs. Networking receptions also provide members access to valuable state, national and international contacts, potential business partners, trade experts, visiting dignitaries and foreign trade delegations. A calendar of upcoming seminars, programs & events may be found on www.kwtc.org/events.php.Among these is our annual World Trade Day event, which draws 400 international business professionals. The event includes an awards luncheon, prominent international keynote speaker, breakout sessions on trade topics, and a trade fair where foreign trade officials from 30 countries meet with companies about doing business with their country. www.kwtc.org/world_trade_day.php
The KWTC is also in the development phase of creating an Online Trade Certification Program, where members will have access to online international training & certification.
~ Trade Missions
The KWTC organizes several trade missions each year to countries around the world. Trade missions give companies and government leaders the chance to learn firsthand about a foreign market, and meet with potential business partners, chambers & local officials.
