Mission Statement

"KWTC will facilitate international business and stimulate economic development in Kentucky, through our affiliation with the World Trade Centers Association global network, by offering a one-stop-shop for information, education, technical assistance, and networking services that help Kentucky firms succeed in the global market and bring new global business opportunities to the Commonwealth."

The Kentucky World Trade Center (KWTC) is a nonprofit membership organization helping Kentucky companies import, export and establish overseas operations. With offices in Lexington & Louisville, the Kentucky World Trade Center offers counseling, market research services, translation assistance, trade education seminars, international events and programs, cross-cultural training, trade missions, and referrals to local international service providers.

The Kentucky World Trade Center is affiliated with the World Trade Centers Association in New York, which administers over 300 world trade centers in over 100 countries around world.

The mission of the World Trade Centers Association is to support the establishment and successful operation of individual World Trade Centers as part of a worldwide alliance of World Trade Centers, which enhances stability, peace, world trade, and development, leading to economic growth.
