INDIA Global Business Network Summary:
On Tuesday, March 18, the KWTC held its first Global Business Network on India in Louisville. Led by Suhas Kulkarni of Indus Commercial, attendees had the opportunity to share their experiences or questions on doing business with India as well as enjoy an informative presentation by Suhas on "Immediate Business Opportunities for American Companies in India".

Japan Study Mission, April 18 - 26
Please join us on an exciting, once-in-a-lifetime mission to study how world class companies have applied lean thinking to their businesses (Friday, April 18 - Saturday, April 26). During this trip, we will visit up to nine world-class facilities renowned practicing lean thinking. We will go to the gemba, hold learning seminars and workshops, and discuss implementation issues sepcific to participant companies. We will stay in nice hotels, travel in comfort aboard modern buses and trains, and have experienced Japanese guides to interpret and discussions ILS instructures and facilitators. In our wrap-up seminar participants will develop and present their plans on how to carry the learning forward when they return to their companies. Not only will this trip provide a dynamic learning experience for the participant; it should be the spark to reignite the lean transformation of your business.
